Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application Tinibit (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Ownership

The App, including all content, design, graphics, software, and functionality, is the property of LPPH and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

License

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

Use of the App

The App is intended for entertainment and sensory interaction purposes. Users are responsible for how they use the App and must not use it in any way that could harm the service or interfere with other users.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including permanent content packs (restorable across devices via the App Store account used for purchase) and consumable items which are used once and are not restorable. Purchase transactions (including permanent packs and consumables) are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies.

Availability

The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LPPH does not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPPH shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
